Solana Token Launcher provides a graphical user interface to interact with the Solana blockchain, specifically the SPL Token Program and Metaplex Metadata Program.

3. No Investment Advice

The service is provided for technical utility only. Creating a token does not confer any inherent value. We do not provide investment, financial, or legal advice.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable laws regarding the creation, distribution, or sale of your tokens. You agree not to use the service for illegal activities, including fraud, money laundering, or distributing unregistered securities where prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any losses incurred through smart contract bugs, network congestion, or user error (e.g., losing private keys or sending funds to the wrong address).
